Half cooked chapati automatically move from pressing plate to roasting oven. After pressing chapati it is pass through three pass (one for first side roasting, 2nd for second side cooking 3rd for puffing of the chapati) oven at suitable temperature. After complete baking of chapati it is pack or ready for serve or market.
